Who Rescued Who?

Three years ago (December 9^th) Murphy came home. We were best buddies right away. He is my constant companion and self-appointed defender from squirrels. He may bark at newcomers but very quickly everyone becomes his friend. He is curious and absolutely full of life. He brings a smile to my face every single day.

Two years ago (December 11^th) Mya found me. A shy and timid girl at first she quickly became the diva she is today. She loves to cuddle and receive belly rubs. She is very sweet and loves lazy days at home.

Yes, they are both just dogs. I understand that. I also understand that they are family and I love them so much. The best part of the day is coming home to see them. They always get so excited it brings a huge smile to my face no matter what kind of day I’ve had. They always know when I’m having a bad day and give me extra love. They are my constant and my best buddies. I know we have many more adventures together.
